This help desk page was designed as a resource for quick trouble shooting tips for our clients. We encourage our clients to educate themselves on these simple tips as 50% of the time the issue is resolved by following them.

Internet Outage:
  1. Power cycle your DSL/Cable Modem
  2. Power cycle your router (e.g. Linksys, D-Link, Netgear)
  3. Reboot your computer
  4. Check physical cable connections to router, modem and your computer.
Network Connectivity (can't access the server):
  1. Determine if the problem is local or global (only your computer or your entire company).
  2. Verify that the server is on.
  3. Determine if network switch is on.
